Facilitating Bank: The full funding will be provided through the Prime Bank or a Minimum AA rate from USA or West European Bank (Bank of America ; HVB; HSBC; ABN AMRO)
Funding Amount: Min. 1 Million USD
Term:3 years � 10 years (inclusive of 1 � 2 years grace period during the construction) depending on the each project nature and cash Flow.
Purpose:To finance Private and Government Projects in Indonesia and acceptable to the Lender.
Special condition:Assets as Collateral in form of Bank Guarantee/ SBLC in amount of Min. 1 Mio USD from Mandiri Bank / BNI Jakarta with confirm / endorse at Hong Kong Branch office or from Top International Prime Bank.
Interest Rate:Fix at 2% p.a exclusive of withholding taxes and any deductions. The interest is payable semi-annually or annually in arrears at the option of the Borrower.
Availability of :The facilitating Bank, on behalf of the Lender, will confirm to the Borrower after 21 banking days of Verification BG/ SBLC as per Bank to Bank basis.
